The Sindh Assembly on Wednesday approved three bills amid severe protests by the provincial members of MQM, Geo News reported. The bills approved by the assembly include Land Revenue Amendment Bill, Police Act 1861 and Local Government Ordinance 1979.The assembly approved the Land Revenue Amendment Bill amid severe protests by the MQM members. The provincial MQM members kept on chanting slogans while PPP members approved the bill by thumping their desks.
The Sindh Assembly session was adjourned till July 22.
