LAHORE: Heavy rains in Lahore, Sheikhupura and Okara have severely disturbed the routine life; meanwhile two sisters and two brothers among nine people died in roof collapse incidents in various parts of rain hit areas.According to the details, nine people were trapped in the debris of collapsed roof of a house in Baghbanpura area of Lahore and 16 years old Irum and Bakhtawar died on the spot.
A two years old child Wahid drowned in water on Raiwind Road; meanwhile in Nishtar Colony Kamahan Road, two minor boys were killed in a roof collapse incident.
In another incident of roof collapse in Sharkpur, Naziran Bibi and her daughter in law Zainab lost their lives. Another lady has reportedly died of roof collapse incident in Tharomandi.
