Fashion Cycle

One thing you can always count on in womens fashion, is the fashion cycle. What goes around comes around. No matter what it is, shoes, dresses, coats, it will eventually be on the market once again. When I was twelve years old, the shoe called espedrille, was all the fashion, sixty years later, it is again on the market. When I was a teenager, my Mom bought me a full skirt and a bolero blouse, but it today anywhere.

Fashion is really what some people follow, but others do not. Because someone looks good in an A line dress, does't mean I do. You have to find your look and make it your own. Forget the new style that year, it will be gone in a year and you will be spending money on another style. But, if you have your own look, you are always in style.
We all see those beautiful couture, but how many of us can afford, or look good in them. When you see the models on the runway, they look incredible, but they are so slim that the rest of us would have to really diet. This is why you must always try on everything you buy, not just take it home without trying it. When this happens and you can't return it, you feel like you really wasted you money.
When you invest in a coat that is good for two or three seasons, it is better to pick your style and not current fashion. You will find that lingerie changes all of the time, but fortunately no one can see if you are in style. I love shoes, but truthfully since they started making them overseas, they do not fit as well, I think they have smaller feet. They change a lot, for instance those pointy toes can make you feet look about two sizes larger.
Hats, well they are not around much any more, but they were really glamorous and feminine, that really felt dressed up when you wore one. In England everyone wears a hat, and they adore feathers, as you can witness at the weddings. Now baseball caps have take the place of head wear, because Americans have taken the casual road in most manner of dress. About the only time they dress up is for a really fancy affair.

Sport wear has taken over in almost every class of Americans. A good sport outfit can cost as much as a pricey dress, and they are far more comfortable. I however have seen people go to any event wearing a jogging suit and very much at home in it. Last is the wonderful sneaker, have you ever loved a shoe more.
