The lawyer of the accused in the Sarfaraz Shah Murder case has said that this is not a terrorism case, Geo News reported.During proceedings of the case in an anti-terrorism court, the lawyer for the accused said that Sarfaraz Shah and his accomplices robbed a family at the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Park.
The family complained about him and he was caught red handed by the Rangers. His accomplices fled the scene. When the Rangers told him to sit down he held on to their gun and the Rangers believed that he was trying to snatch the gun from them. The lawyer added that Sarfaraz Shah was killed due to excessive bleeding and not terrorism.
